The Century-old adventure story of Wyoming has all the ingredients of a Classic
Western. In a colorful setting of vast rangeland and rugged mountains, a cast
of Indians, trappers, stockmen, farmers, miners and oilmen have played their roles
in a sometimes flamboyant, sometimes starkly simple drama of conflict and growth.
The protagonist of the tale - and probably the most enduring character in American
lore - is the cowboy, the very essence of the state. A trip to Wyoming isn't complete
without a visit to the Historical Center, a complex of five internationally-acclaimed
museums. | | |

all that Cody has to
offer.
